Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter daily sales, inventory, and billing data into the system. Maintain digital and physical records of purchase orders, vendor details, and invoices. Update product price lists, stock levels, and promotions as per the store manager's instructions. Reconcile data with physical stock during inventory checks. Generate periodic reports for management on sales trends, low-stock items, and vendor-wise purchases. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all data handled. Coordinate with billing, inventory, and procurement teams for smooth operations. Key Skills & Competencies: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data entry software Familiarity with retail billing or inventory software is a Plus (Tally, Busy, POS systems) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred Basic understanding of retail operations is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹11,027.48 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 10/07/2025
